LEVERSTOCK GREEN CC warmly invites all of its current members to attend the 2018 Annual General Meeting - to be held in the clubhouse on the evening of Monday January 21, 2019.

The official start time is 8pm, with the bar open beforehand.

Dear Members,

Annual General Meeting

I invite you to the 2018 AGM which will be held in the clubhouse on Monday 21st January 2019 at 8.00pm.

A copy of the Minutes of the 2017 AGM held on 15th January 2018, together with the Agenda for the meeting have been posted on the club noticeboard and copies will also be available at the meeting.

On the noticeboard you will also find a list for your nominations for "Election of Officers" of the club for the forthcoming year. The closing date for nominations will be 11pm on Friday 18th January 2019

Copies of the terms of reference for the positions of management committee members have also been placed on the noticeboard for your information.

A summary of the accounts for the year ended 30th September 2018 will be provided at the meeting.
