Match report A good effort against a WGC side that was fairly strong . We should have restricted them to 200 but some wayward bowling let us down at times. Good experience for the younsters who all looked tired !!?? apart from Cris. Must be those late night Saturday parties boys !!! WEAK !!!
Anyway , Mr King 49 and DT 71 put on 70 odd off first 8 overs , but after that the rate reduced mainly due to some good spin bowling . New players Sami bowled very well with nice away swing and Corporal Klinger bowled with good accuracy. Borat was Borat , actually bowled ok . Dom & Cris bowled well , both leaking runs but that`s expected against senior players at a high level. Tea was poor , no pizza for the Aussies was a let down.
