Match report PROMOTION !!!!!!!!!!

A very well deserved victory against Radlett 3`s for the Green. Tight bowling was key and run restriction worked well. Dayle again bowled well taking 5 44 from 19 overs and Tyso 4-71 from 17 overs creating a stranglehold over the Radlett batters. Good knocks from Fortis and Robinson perhaps should have takien Radlett to 220 plus. However, disciplined bowling and good fielding again was key to their 178 all out from 46 overs. In reply, we made a steady start Seggs 13 and Dayle looked to create partnership. With Seggs out , KG 9 soon departed as he misjudged a full toss . Tom 19 batted well and again with DJ put on 40 runs,another good partnership. TC Out, Lee struck 17 again another 40 runs , see the pattern forming !! Lee then found the only fielder on the boundary , caught . Spagg , batted superbly for his 22 not out and with Dayle bowled 75 the game was won. Tyso hit the winning runs , lots of whopping and a champange soaked skipper. A great end to our season , we played good cricket 95% of the time and are worthy of promotion. Well done all.
