Match report LEVERSTOCK GREEN 3rd XI drew with their third XI counterparts Luton Town & Indians.
Green were unable to pick up what proved an elusive last Luton wicket after setting their hosts a testing 140 for victory.
Brett Baney (5-45) and Steve Wilson both bowled marathon spells to keep Green in the hunt for a win, but the opposition star turn held out alongside his tail-end part.er
Earlier in the day, Matt Rance and Paul Wilson both made 30 on a wet wicket which required concentration.
Stuart Macenzie added 29 and Chris Dowling 27 to help Levy reach what proved a more than challenging 139 all out.
