Due to the poor summer we have experienced to date means there are many fixtures that have had to be rearranged and of course demand for pitch availability at The Green has been high to say the least. We obviously make every effort possible to avoid Saturday mornings but this coming Saturday we have to host an Under 15 match against Old Albanian starting at 9.30.

As such Junior Training this Saturday will be cancelled, for which we apologise, but hope that you understand the exceptional circumstances the weather has caused. We would obviously be delighted if as many of you could come and support the Under 15's as they push for a place in the Semi-Finals of the Herts Junior League.

On Sunday we have the Under 10 Whitehead Cup Tournament at Tring Park for which selection has been made. However, there are many that we are still awaiting responses from. Would you please be kind enough to confirm whether your child(ren) are able to join us for what proves to be an entertaining afternoon.

On another note, please mark your diaries for the Junior Presentation evening which will be held on Friday 2nd September in the Clubhouse. Following the presentation we will be holding a disco for all to take part. Further details will follow.
