A few things to note before enquiring...
Please be aware that, over recent years, we have in good faith taken facility hire bookings for 18th, 21st & 30th birthday parties, as well as younger-age engagement parties, but unfortunately they never seem to pass without incident.
That's why, with regret, our club position on the matter is that we won't consider hire requests for birthday events at younger ages. We thank you for your understanding.

Available Days & Times For Hire:
+ Midweek days between 8.00am and 8.00pm - avoiding planned community activity usage.
+ Saturdays between 8.00am and 11.00pm from the third Saturday in September to the third Saturday in April (no weekend hires during cricket season)
+ Anything outside of this will be considered on a case-by-case basis

A bit about our special place on the village green...
At a size to comfortably seat 60-85 with mixed ceiling aspects, a cosy feel to furniture layout and with airy views over The Green and the sunset to the west, our post-refurb hire traffic has increased significantly as local people have used the venue and recommended it to others with comments like "just the right size" and "perfect for the atmosphere I wanted to create".
We hope to allow you to make your special occasion exactly as you imagined it, without the fuss attached to hiring more formal venues.
We do ask that the hirer is, or indeed becomes, an LGCC member as part of the hiring process. If you'd like to hire and you're not a member at the time of enquiry, that's easily resolved as part of the hire booking, for an additional fee equivalent to a non-playing membership (£42.50).
There are many regular users of our homely facilities - which include an accessible entrance & toilet, kitchen, function room for parties / bookings of 20 to 120 - created by a carefully-planned refurbishment of the clubhouse.
Leverstock Green CC is very much at the heart of its community, and we'd be delighted to talk over your requirements.

Cricket Pitch Hire
Although availability is very limited due to the schedule of both senior and junior matches at The Green, there is occasionally the chance for a third-party hire of our award-winning cricket pitch along with changing facilities - particularly during the school holiday month of August.
