AWARDS, trophies, food & drink, bingo, disco, maybe even karaoke...it can only mean one thing; yes it's Junior Presentation Evening time at The Green!

LGCC junior cricketers and their parents are warmly invited to join us in the clubhouse from 7.30pm to celebrate the contributions and achievements of all young players - from age 7 to 17 - during the summer of 2017.

Individual mementoes will be presented to all those who represented LGCC in competitive action this season, and, at each of our six age groups (U10, U11, U12, U13, U15, U17), awards will be presented to recognise excellence and commitment.

 Parents of junior players will then be invited to take part in some prize bingo, helping to add to the 'Net Gains Fund' total - with children able to help out with the marking off of the numbers to help out their Mums & Dads.

We'll also have a disco and a chance for the kids to take over the decks so make sure they load up their mobile phones with some music as there'll be a prize draw for a chance to be DJ for a small slot! Later on, the adults may get a chance to show off their musical skills!

All in all, a fine way to end junior season 2017 as we look forward to 2018 and our plans to further enhance the offering to junior cricketers at the club with the warmest welcome in the county.
