THEY say summer has officially arrived - even though it's been difficult to believe, recently!

So, on 'Final Friday' June 28, to celebrate as much as one day in a row of sunny intervals, we'll be getting ready for an English tradition with our Wimbledon Warm-Up evening.

As well as our usual junior all-ages group coaching session, we'll have Strawberries & Cream and Pimm's to enjoy to get in the spirit of Wimbledon.

And for both seniors and juniors, we'll also be holding a 'Longest Rally' competition for those budding tennis stars (and we know there are a few about!).

So end June with some summer fun - and let's hope July brings better weather for Wimbledon and, more importantly, LGCC cricketers!
