THE evening of the first Sunday in December sees Quiz Night time make a welcome return to The Green!

After quite an absence - some of which Covid-inflicted, of course - we're inviting you back for that traditional first-Sunday-of-the-month slot with a partly Christmas-themed quiz for everyone to enjoy on Sunday December 5.

Hosted by Richard Walker, the Quiz will start promptly at 7.30pm so please do arrive in good time.

Although there'll be a Christmas theme of some kind to most of the rounds, there'll be a wide selection of questions and challenges with nothing too specific - easily enjoyed by all attending.

Spot Prizes will also make a welcome return, with a £2 per person entry fee collated and shared between the top-performing teams on the night.
