TRAINING UPDATE: Unfortunately the outfield conditions remain unsuitable for training this weekend. It's not been a very kind start to our outdoor practise plans, has it?
Next week's weather forecast looks far more favourable and so there are no concerns about getting started with group training sessions.
A reminder that it's Friday evenings 6.30pm to 8.00pm for all regular hardball cricketers aged U10 to U15 inclusive; and it's Saturday mornings 9.30am to 10.45am for all Incrediball cricketers aged U9 and below. By prior approval, players who cannot make Friday evenings for any reason (other sports, clubs, etc.) are also welcome. Please contact your team coach in advance so we can plan accordingly.

WhatsApp groups are being created for each age group or combined age groups. Given the likely dry weather, via messages posted in those groups we may offer extra practise sessions early next midweek before Friday, depending on coach availability.
MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UPS - YOUR CHOICE
If you'd like to sign up your junior cricketer(s) in person, then Membership Secretary Keeley Downes will be at The Green tomorrow (Sat Apr 15) morning between 9.30am and 10.30am.
She'll be able to answer any questions you may have, relating to yesterday's email which contained Membership Forms attached, among other information.
Payment is possible online via bank transfer (see Membership Form), or by Chip & PIN or cash in-person with Keeley.
EARLY-SEASON SOCIAL - FRI MAY 5
A reminder that brilliant magician Phil Perry - an long-distance LGCC member now living in Suffolk - is back for the Coronation Weekend with a Magic Show special for all kids and adults after Junior Training. It's an 8.00pm start for his children's show.
FIXTURES & SELECTIONS
Hopefully you're familiarising (or re-familiarising) yourself with how to make your junior cricketer(s) available for matches through our club website system.
With games beginning during w/c Sun Apr 23, we'll be making those first team selections during and just after this weekend. We'll try to give at least a week's notice for matches, with your Fixture List as a point of reference for you in advance of that.
