SAT SEP 30 - 'GAME SHOW NIGHT' *** LAST PLACE REMAINING ***
If you were thinking about joining us for our fun 'Game Show Night' on Saturday September 30 then don't delay in booking your places.

We have room for just one more team of (up to) six people. Booking is via message to Graham Evans, please, on 07850 749256.

There's been a great take-up already for this evening of game-show re-imagining, hosted by Mike Parkes, so thanks to all those who've secured their spots.

We remind you to please arrive promptly for a 7.00pm start.

And if you've not booked, then do take that last team space if you can; first-come, first-served!

SUN OCT 1 - MONTHLY QUIZ NIGHT
Continuing in its regular first-Sunday-of-the-month slot, you're welcome once again to Leverstock Green's Monthly Quiz Night.

Starting at 7.45pm, with the clubhouse and bar open from around 7.00pm, it's time to put those thinking caps for a mix of different rounds with nothing too intellectually heavyweight or off-putting.

Quiz teams can be formed of any number you'd like to bring. The entry fee of £2 per person is divided between the top performers. New players are always very welcome - either as a whole team, or as individuals joining others.

October's Quizmaster is Richard Walker.

WED OCT 4 - CHRIS LAWRANCE'S BANJO BASH: Bar 8.00pm, Music 8.30pm
In a change of day from the regular monthly Tuesdays, Chris Lawrance and his merry band of fiddlers, pluckers and strummers are back once again - this time on Wednesday October 4, so please note the change of date.

Keeping that bluegrass and traditional sound very much live, musical maestros based locally and beyond treat LGCC members to the sound of old-time with some foot-tapping numbers that are sure to put a smile on your face.

The gang usually get going from around 8.30pm at the latest. Come along and have a drink while you sit back and enjoy the good stuff.

THU OCT 12 & THU OCT 26 (THEN EVERY SECOND & FOURTH THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH) - T@THEGREEN: Join Us For A Cuppa & A Chat - Free Community Event, All Welcome
The fantastic community-focused fixture that is T@TheGreen continues into the summer months here at LGCC.

Our community get-together,  between 10am and 12noon on every second and fourth Thursday morning of each month, is a chance for folk to simply pop into the clubhouse for a cup of tea or coffee and have a chat with other local people - some of whom may really appreciate the chance to spend time in the company of like-minded others.

Completely free to attend and personally hosted, everyone in the local community is welcome to pop by or stay for the whole two hours; whichever is most appealing.

Have a chat with other folk from around the village and surrounding areas, or simply sit back, relax and take in the calming view across The Green from our bright and airy clubhouse facility - while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee and some light refreshments.

SAT OCT 21, 8.00PM - SATURDAY SOCAL AT LGCC: Live Music from 'Scratch'

With more live music to come later in the year, we're delighted to welcome 'Scratch' for the first time to LGCC.

As with most of our social offerings, this one's free to attend and no advance booking is required, so members should feel welcome to bring family & friends along for a great time!
