CHAIRMAN Steve Wilson added a healthy four-figure sum to the Clubhouse Development Fund after his 'Ton-Up Auction' proved an undoubted success.

LGCC members converged on the clubhouse on Saturday February 8 to pour over a century of items collected by Steve, all in the name of raising valuable funds.

The auction took a while to warm up, but once the chairman hit his stride with the gavel there were plenty of successful lots. And, in total, over £3,300 was pledged.

Thanks to all members who either donated or bid for an item from the 'Ton-Up Auction'.
