Match report A VERY youthful 4th XI represented Leverstock Green with distinction, despite a convincing defeat at Met Police Bushey 3rds, for whom veteran Andy Murphy's unbeaten 64 ensured an unlikely target of 190 was posted by the hosts.

One of only three over-16s in the side, seamer Greg Coulshed toiled away manfully to record three for 65 from 16 overs. The juniors got involved in the wickets too; Luke Weston, Joe Hutchins and Rory Fleming - claiming his first senior dismissal - all snaffled one apiece, leaving captain Dave Cardy to prise out the tail with a late three for 17.

Green never threatened with the bat and Met always looked likely winners. Only Will Murray (31) and Ryan 'Royal' Rumble (16) held up the inevitable for any length of time as the visitors were duly skittled out for 75.
