Lost the toss and were unsurprisingly inserted.
Churchie and Tucks got us off to a decent start, before the collapse left us 51 for 7. Enter KT who smashed his way to a season high 44 not out with good support from Shotgun.
At tea it was decided that we needed wickets rather than trying to defend the total so attacking fielding positions all round. Wickets fell at regular intervals due to the amount of pressure put on as a bowling and fielding unit, all catches were taken, including 3 off no balls! All round in the field very good and we knew we could not let them get away. Numbers 8, 9, 10 and 11 hung around for a bit, but we eventually took the wickets to secure a good 30 points for the team.
Once though our bowling and fielding has got our batsmen out of jail and we know we must improve this side of our game.
