Match report Green decided to bat and always struggled on an evening where the ball swang and seamed around effortlessly. Only Daniel Lake took advantage of the situation later in the innings and landed bat on ball effectively to end up on 24*. The Green batters paid the price for lacking patience on a tricky, but not impossible wicket.
Berko were always unlikely to collapse although a caught and bowled wicket first ball of the innings for D'Olly (Daniel Oliver)made the start interesting. Oliver and Fleming bowled very well for the first 8 overs of the innings and made Berko work hard to progress towards target. However,no Green bowler could find enough to change the course of the game and Berko ended up passing Green's total with just over 4 overs remaining.
