A FIRST 'all players' Junior Cricket training morning is eagerly anticipated for this Saturday, April 30, here at The Green (see below for exact timings).
 
Below is a message direct from Mike Downes, Head of Junior Cricket...

Due to adverse weather conditions, this Saturday (April 30) will be the club's first junior cricket training morning with the club's new coaching structure in place - so please advise your child(ren) that a little time may be taken before practise starts to introduce the new coaching team.

Before this weekend, and most importantly given that the schedule of Herts Junior League fixtures has now begun, it would be very much appreciated if your child's availability could be updated on the website.

We would also welcome any volunteers to perform Team Manager / Team administration duties so will be reaching out to you all on Saturday to come forward and help with some basic matchday functions to assist the team coaches.
 
Aside from the coaching elements of Junior Cricket, Caroline Cardy has kindly offered to run a 'canteen' on Saturday mornings during coaching so that all parents are able to purchase tea / coffee and bacon rolls whilst watching their children. All profits from this will go straight to the junior section of the club for additional coaching aids / facilities. Thanks to Caroline for the generous donation of her time.

9.30am-10.30am: Under7, 8 & 9's
9.30am-11.00am: Under 10 to Under 15

MATCHDAY TIMINGS
Midweek days 6pm start or Sunday mornings 10am start
