LGCC said 'thank you' to Pete Humphrey at last month's AGM, recognising his sterling efforts during six years as Membership Secretary.

President Brian Coulshed handed over a memento to Pete after some kindly words paying tribute to his diligence and commitment in the management committee role.

Life-Vice President Pete is set to remain an active member of the club, of course, along with wife Jackie - and he'll be succeeded in the Membership Secretary role by Phil Gore.
