HOW TO BOOK
Please text Bar Chairman Graham Evans on 07850 749256, stating you're booking for England v Scotland on Friday June 18.
In a change to the first game when numbers were not maximised, please put the number of people you'd like to book for on your text (1, 2, etc., up to 6). We'll then ensure all areas are better filled for the game.
In between his own work commitments, Graham will reply to your text ONLY if your booking request has been successful. You can assume your request hasn't been successful if you don't hear back from Graham within 12 hours.
Please DO NOT reply to this email or post to social media. Such messages will not be picked up or actioned. Booking is by text only so that it's just one route in for requests.

IT'S coming home, you say? Well, probably not. But it IS coming to LGCC; live Euro 2020 football action, that is.
We expect the England games to be the busiest during the tournament, however Sundays generally and other home nations' games are also likely to be very popular.
Therefore, with current Covid restrictions looking like they'll probably remain in place for the duration of the tournament, we're asking members to book by text when they wish to reserve one of six 'areas' of LGCC's clubhouse to watch the action from.
As we're sure you're well aware, we can accommodate a maximum of 42 people inside; that's the Rule of Six or same household within one of our seven designated and separated seating areas in the clubhouse.
Booking will be virtually essential for all England matches, and certainly recommended for other home nations' games and Sundays generally when there's Euro 2020 action on.
Yes it's a real nuisance to have to do this, but the alternative is we end up with quite a number of people having to be turned away and that's just going to cause totally avoidable frustration and upset for everyone on the day.
That's not to say you can't just walk up and see if there's space, but please don't expect to be accommodated at peak times if you haven't booked in advance.
To help us welcome as many members and their friends as possible at The Green, it would be very much appreciated if those wishing to have a drink but not interested in the football would please take up seats outside on the patio or The Green itself. The weather seems set fair for at least the next fortnight ahead, which is helpful to us.
Helping to welcome in the start of the Euros, which kick off this (Friday June 11) evening with Italy v Turkey (8.00pm ko), is a brand new barrel of Timothy Taylor Landlord as well as our usual wide selection of other draught options (Beavertown Neck Oil, Shipyard Ale, Stowford Cider, Guinness, Estrella, Foster's and San Miguel), specialist gins, spirits and wine by the glass or bottle.We will update booking numbers via a news story that will sit at the top of the club website right throughout the tournament: lgcc.hitscricket.com.
