SUN JUL 11 - EURO 2020 FINAL LIVE AT LGCC: How To Join Us For The Big Match!

Bookings from no earlier than 3.00pm, Thursday July 8.

WE'VE had a fine old time here at LGCC, joining together to celebrate each of England's victories, and we're aware that Sunday is going to prove more popular than ever for folk wishing to join us to watch England in the Euro 2020 Final.

Last night there was a total of five screens available to view the game on; an extra screen in the back part of the clubhouse seating area joining the two 58" screens and the two outdoor screens for those positioned outside on the patio.

All those five screens will once again be in place on Sunday, with the weather not giving too much cause for concern right now. That said, anyone with a decent-sized gazebo is welcome to come forward and offer its services for the afternoon.

Once again, we'll be accommodating 42 seated guests inside the clubhouse with anyone else who wishes to attend either seated or standing outside on the patio and the immediate grass area the other side of the patio wall on The Green.

We are not taking reservations for outside, so early arrivals are very strongly recommended for the best viewing experience possible. There's an afternoon Under-15 junior cricket match on The Green, so please be respectful of this game taking place between 4pm and 6.30pm.

Members are reminded that they are responsible for the conduct of any guests they bring along, and are also reminded that our screenings are primarily for the benefit of members so large numbers of accompanying non-members are highly likely to be turned away. Please be respectful of this notice.


HOW TO BOOK
Please text Bar Chairman Graham Evans on 07850 749256, from today (Thursday July 8) at no earlier than 3pm. Any texts already sent or sent before this time will be ignored.

Please put the number of people you'd like to book for on your text and name ALL of the other people in your group. Ensure you've been in touch with them first to avoid duplicated requests containing repeat names.

Graham will reply to your text ONLY if your booking request has been successful, to confirm.

 Please DO NOT post requests to social media. Such messages will not be picked up or actioned. Booking is by text only so that it's just one route in for requests.

Our capacity is 42 (seven tables of 6 people per table), plus the outdoor arrangements stated above.
