AFTER last Friday's final was washed out, it's time to try again this Friday night...

So once again, we ask that you come down and support Levy Green's T20 cup finalists this Friday (July 9) as they take on Abbots Langley for the trophy at Hemel Town CC's Heath Park ground!

After defeating Hemel Hempstead Town in the semi-finals, HHTCC's Heath Park will play host to a repeat of the 2013 Heath Park Cup Final which saw Abbots' hit a six to win off the game's final delivery.

Green had their revenge for that late drama when beating ALCC on the final ball of the Herts League Knockout Cup on that famous September afternoon back in 2015.

So it's all to play for this time round, with both clubs holding cup-final-winning memories from playing each other at Heath Park.

The action kicks off at 6.00pm; 20 overs per side with bowlers allowed up to five overs each.

Both clubs have won this iteration of what used to be the Gazette Cup once each; Abbots in 2013 and Levy in 2016. This is ALCC's third final while it's a fifth go at the prize for Dayle Littlejohn's side.
