WHAT a great excuse to recognise all the wives, girlfriends, partners, Mums & Dads who support their cricketers and help keep Leverstock Green CC such a special place to be.

It's officially 'National Cricket Widow Day' on Saturday August 15, and we're very much getting involved.

Everyone is welcome to come along and join a picnic on The Green from 1pm.

Bring a blanket - maybe even a gazebo (!) - and your favourite foodie bits and celebrate the love for Levy together!

The club will play its part with some free giveaways on the day.
