IT was fast & furious fun on Sunday lunchtime when a dozen or so cricketers took the chance to stretch legs left frustrated by Saturday's postponements at Choice Cricket Centre, Redbourn.

The indoor form of the game might not carry quite the prestige of the outdoor version, but it was a good chance to get an eye in across all three disciplines of the game.

Hopefully, there'll be no more need to book further indoor sessions this summer - but if rain comes along, it's a great second option to have, as those who played will testify.
